This Privacy Policy explains how KRANYX ("we," "us") collects, uses, and discloses personal information when you visit or shop at kranyx.com, in compliance with Quebec's Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector (including the amendments known as "Law 25") and applicable Canadian federal privacy law (PIPEDA).

Who is responsible for your personal information
KRANYX is a Quebec sole proprietorship operated by Félix Millette. The person responsible for the protection of personal information at KRANYX can be reached at support@kranyx.com.

What we collect and why

  • Order and account information (name, email, shipping address, order contents) — to process, fulfill, and provide support for your order.
  • Payment information — processed directly by Shopify Payments; KRANYX does not store your full payment card details.
  • Communications — messages you send us (e.g., support emails) so we can respond to you.
  • Cookies and basic analytics — to operate the store (e.g., keeping your cart working) and to understand overall site usage.
  • Fraud prevention information — Shopify and Shopify Payments use automated tools to help detect and prevent fraudulent transactions.
  • Marketing communications — only if you opt in (see "Marketing" below).

Who we share it with

  • Shopify (our e-commerce platform and checkout provider) and Shopify Payments (our payment processor).
  • CJdropshipping and other fulfillment/shipping partners, who receive the order and shipping information necessary to fulfill and ship your order.
  • We do not sell your personal information.

Cross-border processing
Some of the service providers above, including CJdropshipping and Shopify's own infrastructure, may process or store information outside Quebec and Canada, including in jurisdictions whose privacy laws may differ from Quebec's. By using our store, you acknowledge this cross-border processing. We take reasonable steps to work only with service providers whose practices are consistent with our obligations under Quebec and Canadian privacy law.

How long we keep it
We keep personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes described here (including order records for accounting and legal obligations), after which it is deleted or anonymized, except where a longer retention period is required by law.

Your rights
Under Quebec's privacy law, you have the right to:

  • access the personal information we hold about you;
  • request correction of inaccurate or incomplete information;
  • withdraw consent to a use that was based on your consent (for example, marketing emails), subject to legal or contractual limits;
  • file a complaint with us, and, if unsatisfied, with the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec.

Marketing
If you sign up for marketing emails, you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any marketing email we send, or by contacting support@kranyx.com. We do not send marketing communications to customers who have not opted in.

Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the information involved, relying in large part on the security measures provided by Shopify and Shopify Payments as our platform and payment processor.
