These Terms of Service govern your use of kranyx.com, operated by KRANYX, a Quebec sole proprietorship operated by Félix Millette. By placing an order or using this site, you agree to these Terms.

1. Prices and currency
All prices are shown in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless stated otherwise on a specific page.

2. Order acceptance and cancellation
Placing an order is an offer to purchase; we may accept, decline, or cancel any order for reasons including product availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud. If we cancel an order after payment, you will receive a full refund for that order.

3. Payment
Payment is processed through Shopify Payments at the time of order. By placing an order, you authorize us (through our payment processor) to charge your chosen payment method for the order total.

4. Product descriptions and images
We make reasonable efforts to describe and picture our products accurately. However, because many of our products are sourced through third-party suppliers, actual color, texture, or minor details may vary slightly from images shown, and screen display settings can also affect how colors appear. This does not affect your rights if an item you receive is materially different from what was described or is defective — see our Return and Refund Policy.

5. Shipping, returns, and privacy
Our Shipping Policy, Return and Refund Policy, and Privacy Policy are incorporated into these Terms by reference and form part of your agreement with us.

6. Intellectual property
The KRANYX name, and the original written content and branding we create for this site, belong to KRANYX or are used under license. Product photography and descriptions sourced from third-party suppliers remain the property of their respective owners; KRANYX does not claim ownership of supplier-provided images or any third-party trademarks that may appear in them.

7. Prohibited use
You agree not to use this site for any unlawful purpose, to attempt to interfere with the site's operation or security, to scrape or harvest data from the site without permission, or to infringe the intellectual property or other rights of KRANYX or any third party.

8. Third-party services
This site uses third-party services, including Shopify (platform and checkout), Shopify Payments (payment processing), and CJdropshipping (order fulfillment and shipping). Your use of the site is also subject to the applicable terms of those providers where relevant.

9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, KRANYX is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or your purchase. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any right, warranty, or protection that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under Quebec's Consumer Protection Act or other applicable Canadian consumer protection law.

10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the applicable federal laws of Canada. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Province of Quebec, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection venue rights you may have.

11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
